Littleton

Littleton will pause new data center applications for six months, joining Denver, Thornton, Broomfield and Commerce City, after City Council approved the moratorium unanimously on second reading Nov. 3. The pause covers rezoning, site development plans, subdivisions, use approvals, building permits and other approvals while staff study rules for future data centers, and City Attorney Reid Betzing said the city has not received any data center applications. Most dog food marketing lives on the front of the bag. Sundays For Dogs wants you to read the back.

Sundays was founded by Dr. Tory, a veterinarian who wanted something better for her own dog, Mabel. Every recipe is made with over 80% real meat and nutrient-rich extracts of fruits, vegetables, seeds, and grains — complete and balanced nutrition for every life stage. Shout out and thanks to the kids who included my 4 year old grandson in their football game today.

“We were at Silver Creek Park (aka the chicken park) this afternoon and 3 boys (I’m not good at guessing ages) were playing football in the open area next to the hill. He watched a while and finally asked if he could play- they were so kind to him, made him feel great and absolutely made his day. There were a few…”

The Wrap

A cool Boulder morning and a bowl of green chile make a pretty good match. About Boulder, CO rounds up three local spots to try, including Efrain's of Boulder, a family-run restaurant that has been part of the city's restaurant community since 1998. Try a brothy pork chile verde, which the report says offers a different experience from chopped Hatch chiles tucked into a breakfast burrito. Warm and spicy sounds right.
