"Celtic Knot" Hammered Earrings

NEW CLASS! This is an afternoon session starting at 12 noon. Laura Masterson will be teaching.

Create an inventive variation on the classic Celtic knot for these free-swinging earrings. This version calls for hammered figure-eight components layered together to create the interlocked knot effect.

Students will also learn how to wire-wrap a briolette and create the hammered French earwires pictured. Choose from an assortment of semi-precious stone beads and copper, silver plated or gold plated wire.

A surprising amount of technique is packed into this class - students will use pliers, hammers and files, and create components that can be endlessly adapted to other designs.
