- ➤ Professor Nicole Xu at CU Boulder is testing a new method by putting tiny electronic devices on live jellyfish to help study hard-to-reach parts of the ocean. The research will see if these energy-saving animals can help scientists track ocean changes and climate, and the devices are removed after each test so the jellyfish stay safe — a key step in careful study.
