- ➤ Boulder County Commissioners voted 3-0 on Thursday to place a three-year .15% sales and use tax for mental health services on the November ballot. If passed, the tax will generate about $15 million annually and allow flexible funding for crisis response, treatment, recovery supports, navigation services, and prevention services (replacing an earlier five-year plan).
