- ➤ Boulder County outlines rules for drivers and cyclists to keep everyone safe—drivers must keep 3 feet away from cyclists while cyclists ride as far right as possible and use proper lights at night. - ➤ Boulder County Commissioners tabled a decision on a proposed .15% sales and use tax for mental health services during Tuesday’s meeting as community voices offered both support and caution.
