- ➤ On July 1, a man walking his dog on Waneka Parkway in Lafayette was struck when Melinda Christine Dolloff intentionally drove her car over a curb and fled the scene; she was arrested on Wednesday and is now held at Boulder County Jail with a $10,000 bond as she faces charges of vehicular assault, first-degree assault, menacing, and failure to remain at the scene of an accident.
