- ➤ On May 1, Boulder County mailed property owners a Notice of Valuation postcard with their property’s basic assessment. Those who wish to appeal must file their appeal by 11:59 p.m. on June 9 using online, fax, mail, drop box, or email (bilingual staff are available to help). Boulder County
- ➤ A report by Public Policy Associates analyzed homelessness data from 2022 to 2023 and found Homeless Solutions for Boulder County is helping more people through emergency services but lacks enough permanent housing—issues driven by high costs and new arrivals.
