- ➤ Boulder County property owners will see changes in their 2025 tax bills because a $55,000 value reduction has ended and the bills now show separate school and local service assessments. Payments can be made in full on Apr. 30 or in two installments on Mar. 2 and Jun. 15. Boulder County
