- ➤ A grass fire that started Monday, Jan. 5 in Rock Creek Open Space near the U.S. 287 and Northwest Parkway interchange remains under control (evacuations in parts of Louisville and Lafayette are expected to be lifted soon) while both highway directions remain closed for safety. - ➤ The 21st annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration will be held Monday, January 19 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Bob L.
