HOLISTIC FINANCIAL PLANNING

TANGIBLE OUTCOMES:

• Develop a financial plan for your entire operation that aligns with your personal, economic, social, and ecological goals.

• Ask questions about your specific situation and strategize ways to move toward your desired quality of life and future resource base.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

• A proven step-by-step process that focuses on getting out of debt and making money in a regenerative way.

• Complete a Gross Profit Analysis of each of your enterprises in order to bring in the most money for the least additional cost and the most amount of joy.

HOLISTIC LAND PLANNING

TANGIBLE OUTCOMES:

• Consider new fencing layouts that minimize the number of water points required to increase flexibility in grazing planning and provide additional options for improved animal performance.

• Anticipate the facilities that will be needed as animal numbers and herd sizes increase to avoid future costly redesigns.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

• Learn the Holistic Land Planning process by working through an example provided by the educator or by developing your own holistic land plan.

Complete this workshop (2 courses) and Holistic Planned Grazing and Ecological Monitoring (4 courses total) to become qualified as an Accredited Professional.

• Class begins 1:00 PM Monday, November 9 and will go till 1:00 PM November 14, 2026.

Physical Address: 20189 Cabrini Blvd, Golden, CO (Mother Cabrini Shrine)

Lunch is included Monday through Saturday; Breakfast provided Tuesday through Saturday; Dinner provided at least three nights. Evening activities and homework through the week. Reasonable Accommodations are available on-site for an additional fee.

SARAH GLEASON

Sarah is a first-generation bison rancher based in Hesperus, CO. Her professional career began first in consumer marketing and later in advocacy for regenerative agriculture and conservation. After five years of working as the Director of Marketing & Communications for the Savory Institute, which gave her the incredible experience of traveling the world working with many different types of producers and witnessing the power of Holistic Management in many different contexts, she launched into ranching full-time.

She now owns and operates Gleason Bison, a holistically managed, grass-fed bison operation committed to serving its community, regenerating the environment, and producing thriving animals. Gleason Bison operates as a cow-calf enterprise as well as a locally and nationally sold meat label. Sarah is passionate about healthy soil, animals, and community and thrive when given the opportunity to offer education, insight, and pathways to help others manifest these things in their own context.
