Ages: 16 & Up Build confidence, develop your groove, and have fun in this energetic beginner/intermediate hip-hop class! Classes focus on rhythm, musicality, coordination, body isolations, grooves, footwork, and performance quality through a combination of warm-ups, across-the-floor progressions, freestyle exercises, and choreography. Dancers will improve strength, endurance, and confidence while exploring a variety of hip-hop styles in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether you're continuing your dance journey or getting back into the studio after time away, this class provides a welcoming space to challenge yourself, express your individuality, and enjoy the energy of hip-hop.
