About this event

Flips, Tricks and Drops, OH MY! Now that you can put some combos together, it's time to take it to the next level. This class focuses on more intermediate to advanced tricks such as penny drops & lemons drops. This class is also meant to help you find your own style when showcasing your skills. This class will have a strong focus on flexibility and technical skills needed to perform aerial Lyra. Ages 16+ (12+ with instructor approval). Must be working on pull ups, pull overs, straight arm & straight leg straddle ups in the air, 10 second single arm & knee hangs.
