About this event
AMPED classes provide a fast-paced, high energy, and high-intensity 25-minute workout on a variety of low-impact cardio machines. Some floor work will be included in most classes as well. AMPED classes are perfect for those who want quick CARDIO+ workout or a finisher after a RESISTANCE class. **THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. If you have never attended class at MECHA, please do not book this class.
