Standups, Stickies, and Shenanigans - round 2

Presentation Details: Agile is better when we talk about what’s actually happening—not just what the framework says should happen. Standups, Stickies, and Shenanigans is a night for people who work in Agile, product, delivery, leadership, and everything in between and beyond. The night will be driven entirely by the people in the room. Come to network, share a story, ask a question, or just listen. The Stage Is Yours We’re creating a space where you can step up and share what’s on your mind. Got a team challenge you’re wrestling with? Tried something that worked surprisingly well? Learned something the hard way? Have a hot take on Agile, Leadership, Facilitation etc? Want to share a lesson, a war story, or a question with the community? Grab the mic. You can share, lead a conversation, ask the group for ideas, or simply bring a topic you’d like to explore. And if you’d rather sit back and listen, that’s absolutely welcome too. What to Expect

• 🤝 Networking with other Agile, product, and delivery professionals

• 🎤 Open stage conversations where community members can share ideas, experiences, and challenges

• 💬 Real-world discussion about what’s working—and what definitely isn't

• 🧠 Peer learning from people who are actually doing the work

• 🍻 Good conversation, questionable Agile jokes, and a few war stories

Whether you're new to Agile, a seasoned practitioner, or somewhere in between, come connect with the community, learn from each other, and maybe leave with a new idea—or a new person in your network. Bring your curiosity. Bring your questions. And if you want to take the stage, bring a story.
