Love to mix it up? Relish the challenge of the chair? Love the tower? Enjoy a little bit of mat work sprinkled in? If the answer is yes, this class is for you. Find symmetry and stability necessary to improve your posture and strengthen your body. Expect plenty of core, leg and arm work while you utilize these amazing pieces. This is an advanced beginner to intermediate level class and is not suitable for individuals with no prior Pilates experience. This is not a reformer class.
