About this event
This class follows loosely the classical Pilates mat order after a "warm-up", which gets the body, mind and nervous system ready to explore and move. The mat order serves as a scaffolding in which to insert movement variations inspired by Jonathan's teacher Ron Fletcher who is known as a first-generation master teacher of Pilates. This class may also explore other progressions related to the mat exercises.
