While we stir, shake, sip & nibble, you’ll learn about the history, function, and flavor of bitters: how they support digestion, enhance flavor, and bring depth to both boozy and NA drinks. Learn how to make infused alcohol to create depth in your drinks and how to blend herbs for great flavors.
We will have some yummy bites and nibbles to soak up the drinks as we discuss the wonderful properties of the herbs used to blend phenomenal tasting drinks.
