Pole 2/3

About this event

Pole Level 2/3 is designed for students who are comfortable with foundational skills and are building toward intermediate technique. This class bridges Pole 2 and 3, focusing on climbs, inversions, upright tricks, and transitioning into aerial movement. Students will continue developing strength, fluidity, and control while refining technique and preparing for more advanced combinations. Prerequisites: Fireman spin, pole sit, shoulder rolls, working on climbs and inverting from the ground.
