Saturday Sunrise Salutation Yoga

Start your weekend right with a rejuvenating sun salutation yoga flow class that welcomes practitioners of all levels. This class includes variations on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) to get the body and breath moving. This timeless practice is designed to warm the body, build strength and connect the body and mind. As you move through the guided yoga sequence, you are welcome to modify and do any variation that suits you best in your practice for that day. Whether youre new to yoga or deepening your practice, this class offers the perfect way to start your weekend feeling stretched and centered. If you are looking for a mindful Saturday morning practice, come join us!

Special Instructions: Advanced registration is required. Please bring a mat, a towel and water.

Instructor: Farnosh Family

Farnosh was a long-time student and teacher of yoga before turning to the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda, for help in healing after the birth of her first child. She has studied with many teachers of yoga, Ayurveda and Sanskrit including Dr. Vasant Lad, Shiva Rea, Sonia Massoco, Maria Garre, Patricia Wickman and Dr. Bharat Vaidya.
