About this event
Take your straps practice to the next level in this intermediate/advanced class designed for students with a solid foundation in aerial straps. We’ll explore dynamic sequences, strength-based skills, transitions, and creative combinations while building control, endurance, and confidence in the air. Prerequisites: At least 6 months of Aerial Straps training, 3 pullups, 3 skin the cats, 3 clean meathooks with one arm release, 3 straight armed inverts in a row.
