Straps Mixed Level

About this event

In this straps class, students will work on conditioning and learn foundational skills on straps, including meathooks, planks, and flares. We will focus on strength-building skills and basic spin techniques. As such, this class can offer excellent cross training for other aerial disciplines. Ages 13+ Please note that straps is not a beginner aerial discipline and you must have some aerial experience and be able to invert in the air. Straps can be particularly hard on the wrists and hands, so bringing long sleeves or wrist protection is encouraged.
