Get to use a different piece of equipment each week! This mixed equipment class provides the chance to change it up every time. Depending on attendance, interest, and teacher plans, this class could use reformer, tower, chair, spine corrector, or small barrels. For the beginner student who is ready for more or would like to prepare for intermediate classes.
