Description: Have you ever wanted to learn to fly on an aerial apparatus? Now is your chance! In this class, you will learn the fundamental skills of how to beat, twist, and fly on the static trapeze. This class will include a warm up, strength-building exercises, and skill-building to help you gain comfort and confidence in the air. No Prerequisites $40/class as drop-in, $34/class when purchased as class-pack By purchasing this class, you agree to read and abide by the rules outlined in the new Student Handbook: https://frequentflyers.org/student-handbook/ You MUST have completed the Frequent Flyers Waiver updated September 2023 before you attend your first class. You can follow this link: https://www.smartwaiver.com/w/51cc87e2bccf1/web/ What to wear/bring: Please wear clothing that allows your body to move freely. Be prepared to move in bare feet. Backs of knees, waists and armpits should be covered to avoid burns. A leotard or unitard under your T-shirt, or a shirt long enough to stay tucked in are recommended. Avoid clothing that has very hard seams and/or zippers. Please bring a water bottle to each class at the studio.
