About this event
**Graham-Inspired Modern** Explore modern dance through the foundational principles of Martha Graham’s technique, including contraction and release, breath, and spirals. Through floorwork, standing exercises, and traveling combinations, dancers develop core strength, coordination, flexibility, and expressive movement, with an emphasis on connecting breath to motion.
