Bring a towel, mat, and water and prepare to sweat! 💦 Yoga Sculpt intertwines vinyasa yoga fluidity and sequencing with strength and cardio elements, incorporating weights, resistance bands, balls, gliders, and other varying equipment. Participants flow through a series of dynamic movements to sculpt the entire body. The fusion of yoga, strength, and cardiovascular training in Yoga Sculpt not only promotes physical strength and agility but also fosters mental clarity, leaving practitioners feeling empowered, centered, and revitalized after each session. This is an all-levels 55 minute class, sure to leave you feeling your best!
