This class is designed for dancers who are new to contemporary or looking to build a strong foundation in movement and expression. You’ll explore the fundamentals of contemporary dance, including fluidity, musicality, floor work, and basic technique in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Class will begin with a guided warm-up focused on mobility, control, and body awareness, followed by across-the-floor exercises and simple movement phrases. You’ll then learn an easy-to-follow combo that helps you connect emotion with movement and build confidence in your dancing.
