Come join our Intermediate Back Flexibility class - you'll learn variations on how to improve flexibility in all parts of your neck and spine. **Pre-Requisite** - must have a straight arm bridge. PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT recommended that you take all-levels flexibility before hand if that class is a back day as well (1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month).
