Each class is guided by the current astrological transits, and the flow will be designed to follow the energetic cycle of the phases of the moon, offering a practice that responds to the energy of the moment; whether fiery and activating, or soft and introspective. Through breath, intentional movement, journaling, and ritual practiced in community we embody the language of the cosmos, tuning into how celestial rhythms echo within us. This all-levels flow invites you to align with planetary cycles, explore your inner landscape, and receive insight from both the sky and the self.
