Louisville Studio 1817 Hwy-42 Louisville, CO 80027 Our RESISTANCE FORM class is designed for beginners and those who also would like to have fewer transitions in class plus a chance to work on increasing strength in the classic Mecha moves before layering on complexity. The class will follow the same outline each time so students can see progress in their strength and their ability to stay in the exercises for longer periods of time. The goal is to keep building strength and be able to stay in each move for the full duration. Once you get there, you're ready for regular RESISTANCE classes for sure!
