About this event

Join us for a cozy, heart-opening evening with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath! We’ll sip ceremonial cacao to ground, uplift, and open our hearts, then relax into the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls for deep healing and balance.

Cacao is known as a “heart medicine” for its ability to foster connection, creativity, and emotional openness. It helps reduce stress, increase focus, and support a deeper relationship with yourself and others. Rich in antioxidants and mood-boosting compounds like magnesium and anandamide, cacao enhances clarity, joy, and a sense of well-being.

Sound healing works on a vibrational level to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore balance to the body and mind. The frequencies of the crystal bowls align with different chakras, helping to clear stuck emotions and promote deep relaxation. Many people experience profound shifts, insight, and even a meditative dream-like state.

Together, cacao and sound create a powerful space for reflection, intention, and transformation. Whether you’re looking for emotional release, a sense of grounding, or just a peaceful evening, this experience is designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Come as you are, this is a safe space.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and bring a mug for cacao, a journal, and a pen .

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided!
