About this event
The Office of Student Affairs offers Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for CU alumni, faculty, staff, students, and unaffiliated community members. The renewal course is only available to those with a current AHA BLS Provider certification who are seeking a 2 year extension of certification. This is a 3.5-hour traditional classroom course where BLS is taught and demonstrated. Participants learn to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, and use an AED.
