This session focuses on bone-smart & balance techniques to optimize the health and safety of your bones.This class focuses on promoting and maintaining balance and coordination and practicing these moves in a safe environment. Expect to use all types of props and pieces of equipment. Safe for those with osteoporosis. All levels are welcome!
