About this event
Learn how to dance beautifully in the air using an aerial sling. This dance based class is structured to help develop strength, flexibility, body awareness, and graceful movement in the sling. Classes are designed with cumulative choreography to quickly develop aerialist skills and an overall knowledge of sling. A short choreographed piece, with music, will be performed at the end of every class.
