SoBo Pop, an Artful Pop-up

The public is invited to kick off the 2026 Holiday Season with “SoBo Pop” a new art experience in Downtown Englewood curated by Nicole Korbe of NKollectiv Gallery and hosted within Illse Home Goods at 3437 South Broadway.

This artful pop-up includes many giftable artworks by NKollectiv gallery members and guests and runs November 10 – December 6, 2026. The event will serve as a preview of the space that, starting in December will be a street-level extension of NKollectiv, just down the block from their larger space at EASEL. T

he public is invited to view and shop during a Second Saturday Artist Reception on November 14, 4-8 p.m. and to visit during Illse and SoBo Pop hours: Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Sunday 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Visitors can explore colorful abstracts, soft landscapes, decorative sculptures, jewelry and much more, in a friendly and accessible environment. Guest artists include Julie Duwel (oil paintings), Carbery Morrow (sculpture), Mackenzie Schmidt (oil pastel and watercolor), Marian Davis (cold wax and oil), Karen Valliant (mixed media) and select pieces by an assortment of Nkollectiv artists.

Illse Home Goods offers a thoughtfully curated selection of home and personal goods that embody timeless design and lasting craftsmanship. Inspired by Scandinavian and European aesthetics and grounded in well-made quality, the shop brings together sustainable pieces meant to be lived with and loved for years.

About Second Saturday

Englewood’s Second Saturday is a monthly chance to explore the city’s vibrant creative and small business scene. Local art galleries, studios, organizations, creatives and other small businesses host events such as pop-ups, open studios, and curated experiences. NKollectiv is a curated gallery showcasing a diverse group of local artists and is the anchor of EASEL (Englewood Art Studios, Events and Lessons)—a vibrant, second-floor creative hub (accessible by stairs only) at 3485 S. Broadway in Englewood. EASEL includes artist studios, a rentable gallery, and event spaces for workshops and community programming.

Open Tuesday–Saturday: 11 a.m.– 6 p.m., Sunday: 11 a.m.– 4 p.m.
