About this event

Join me for a breathwork sauna and cold plunge session at Hooga House in Golden! We will be doing the 5:45pm session. This will be a bit more intense than a normal sauna session, as the instructor will be taking us through breathwork during the session. Please make sure to book your session quickly as it will fill up fast.

We will meet inside. I'll be wearing camo swim trunks.

You can book/buy the 5:45pm breathwork class on Nov 11th session here: https://www.hoogahouse.co/copy-of-contrast-classes (make sure to buy a class credit for it)

Parking Parking can be limited so make sure to get there early or carpool.

What to bring - Swimsuit - Towel (they have some there) - Sauna hat - Flipflops - Change of clothes in case we go out afterward
