Cosmic Tarot Flow

About this event

A creative flow class responsive to the energy of those present in each class. Instructors will pull tarot cards live in class and weave themes of each card into the structure and flow of the class, offering space for reflection while staying accessible to all. Expect an accessible flow with a mix of restorative and heat-building postures, and come away with practical tools to connect to inner knowing and to grow in spiritual practices that help to stay grounded and present on and off the mat. Open to all levels of tarot and/ or yoga experience, beginner's welcome!
