Open level class created for people who are beginner, intermediate, or advanced dancers with or without a twerk background. Lets shake off some stress, learn choreography and get our sweat on! Twerk 'N Fit is a way to get a fun workout in while incorporating dance and twerk. Please bring sneakers and knee pads!
