About this event

This is a donation based Power Flow class in support of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) is the largest private funder of breast cancer research, dedicated to advancing prevention, treatment, and a cure. BCRF supports scientists around the world working to improve survival rates and develop new therapies, directing the vast majority of donations directly to research. Class is free to all students with a suggested donation of $20. Yoga Sculpt combines hand weights, strength building and cardio, making this class unlike your typical yoga classes and more of a full body workout.
