Sound baths are a simple but powerful experience where you'll lie down and be immersed in sound and vibration designed to help your nervous system down regulate, release tension, and settle into a deep meditative state. Our sound healer Brian is a lifelong musician and percussionist who brings a deep sense of rhythm, presence, and care to the space.
