Kids andteens - drop in any time during the hour at the table on the upper levelfor a quick mindfulness craft and activitywithClinica Family Health Wellness. This month, decorate a gingerbread-themed craft while exploring the power of positive self-talk and self-confidence. Participants will create uplifting affirmations to celebrate their strengths and end the year with encouragement, gratitude, and a positive mindset. Stop in each month for new craft or activity. They take just a few minutes and offer great ways to deal with stress and anxiety, as well as build confidence.
