The Long Dark Herbal Immersion: Herbs for dreaming, intuition, and remembering with Sofia Arana, Certified Herbalist

About this event

As winter turns the living world inward, we’ll explore what this season can teach us about intuition, rest, reflection, and the unseen. Through in-depth herbal study, sensory exploration, stillness, and shared circle, we’ll build a deeper relationship with plants traditionally associated with dreaming and liminal states. We will be sitting on the ground so please dress comfortably as well as a journal and pen, water bottle and snack, an herb or an object you use to connect to your own intuition.
