About this event

This class is focused on moving clients upward from basic/beginning level Pilates work into more advanced beginner challenges and starting to explore intermediate Pilates repertoire. If you are "beyond the basics" but still perfecting form and complexity, this is the place to be for challenge and growth. As with all MOVE classes, focus is on using proper movement integration to improve form when executing Pilates exercises, leading to efficient and effective fitness training.
