Join us for Gymnastics 101! Come learn the basics of fundamental exercises in gymnastics training. We will focus on strength, flexibility, and work on a variation of balances, turns, stands, walk overs, and rolls. This class is designed to encourage proper alignment and technique found in gymnastics. No experience needed. Ages 13+.
