Repair Lounge Last Thursday of the month, 5-7pm Altered schedule due to upcoming holidays UPCOMING DATES: October 22nd November 19th December 17th TNL Annex, 713 Pearl St. FREE Community Event, any donations will go towards keeping this event accessible to the community. Lead by Tara Huston of Fawns Leap Fibers Join us for a welcoming and playful evening of creative repair focused on mending textiles of all kinds. While we are happy to share ideas, encouragement, basic supplies and the joy of giving new life to our clothes this gathering is not designed as a workshop. We are creating a regular meeting time and place to slow down, stitch in community and encourage sustainability though visible mending and creative repairs. Some basic sewing skills are helpful though all levels are very much encouraged to attend. Please bring a garment or two to repair and any specific threads or patches you plan to use if you have them. We will have some mending supplies on hand to share. Additional donations help us rent the space and provide group materials.
